	Information Technology Services Redesign (2007) Informational Site, Content Management System, Community-Driven Content, Educational Site Visit Site >> My Role As Manager of Web Services for ITS at UT, I oversaw this project from start to finish, and was responsible for information architecture, front-end and back-end coding, migration, testing and launch. Description Complete redesign of the primary Web presence of the Information Technology Services department at UT Austin, a complex large-scale site of over 20,000 content pages. Features Site architecture developed based on extensive user research for diverse audiences including students, faculty, technical staff, and departmental users. Improved content quality, including deploying Content Management Systems for single-sourcing content and updating code base to modern standards. Technologies Expression Engine, PHP, XML, MySQL, XHTML/CSS, Smarty Templates, JavaScript / jQuery, Google Mini search appliance, DreamWeaver templates, integration with a variety of back-end applications.
	African Mothers Health Initiative (2007) Informational Site, Content Management System, E-Commerce Visit Site >> My Role Conceptual information design and all development. Description New Web site for this non-profit to easily post up-to-date information on organization activities and collect donations. 	Archives Record-Keeping Application (2008) Content Management System My Role All site design and development. Description Online database application provides access to bibliographic records and allows a national network of archivists to collaborate on the creation and maintenance of the records data. Description Online exhibit of Archives material, including historical images, documents, audio, video, and accompanying text. Features Embedded QuickTime audio, video, and slideshows. Description Online training modules for teachers of the visually impaired. This project was presented as my Capstone project while earning my Master's at the School of Information, UT Austin. Archives Catalog

Archives of the Episcopal Church USA

Developed a relational Microsoft Access database to manage Archives catalog records. Created custom scripts and templates to output valide EAD (Encoded Archival Description) files. Also created prototype of Web application to display catalog records using XSLT and PHP.

Developed and managed several databases in Filemaker Pro to manage contacts, event registration, and other business information. Development included automating many processes with custom scripts.

Developed a digital library system using the open-source Greenstone Digital Library software and PHP/MySQL to manage and provide access to a collection of images, music, and video.

Created multimedia instructional materials using Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, and PowerPoint, for a new Occupational Therapy course to be taught in Turkey in Spring, 2004.

Produced, shot, and edited digital videos for weddings and other special events using professional equipment.
